I’m Aarushi Dusaj, an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Professional with over 3+ years of experience in delivering strategic HR solutions and driving organisational growth. With a strong foundation built through an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Navi Mumbai, one of the leading business schools, I have had the chance to interact with some of the best industry leaders. My academia and hands-on experience in various fields in HR and with a strong passion for Content Writing has not only helped me shape my career, but also my personality to a very large extent. The Beginning - Randstad Offshore Services

HR Specialist, Talent Advisor/ August 2021 - May 2022

  • Prepared and reviewed 1000+ job offer letters.

  • Completed background checks on 1500+ candidates by obtaining information from vendors, previous employers, and reference checks.

  • Successfully onboarded and offboarded 1000+ employees.

  • Resolved all HR related queries.

  • Coordinated with the L&D team for the New Hire Orientation and provided onboarding sessions and training for 300+ new employees.

  • Revamped the entire onboarding process from end-to-end.

  • Handled employee engagement for 2500+ employees.

  • Supported HR functions with emphasis on record keeping, and data entry, addressed and resolved general payroll related queries while also assisting the recruitment team with other ad-hoc activities such as interview scheduling and developing and executing employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
